We are social entrepreneurs who design and deliver projects that promote diversity. We have a large portfolio with a clear social impact and all of our profits are reinvested into Leadership Foundation.

We also deliver diversity consulting services to build strategies, training, audits and workshops to build inclusive workplace cultures, attract and retain diverse talent and maximize the value difference can bring.

In order to fully unleash the potential of a diverse workforce, we need to make room for differences to be respected and valued!

On 21 May 2015 Top10 celebrated its 10th anniversary in cooperation with Opera Software, Oslo Kommune, Manpower Group, Innovation Norway and IMDi.

The anniversary celebration consisted of a magnificent 3-piece day at City Hall on the UNs annual World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development . The day gave us an opportunity to highlight the value of cultural diversity and tell stories that motivate and provide insight of the fact that everyone can succeed regardless what background they come from. The day focused on drawing attention to the selected group of women and men and utilizing their experiences so that they can be role models for others.

The day began with a breakfast meeting with presentations and participation of 85 people, including Laila Bokhari (Secretary of State), Lars-Kåre Legernes (Oslo Chamber of Commerce) and Kristin Skogen Lund (NHO). The dialogue was an inspiring diversity debate that highlighted the benefits of increasing integration of international women and men in Norwegian industry. Both Laila, Lars-Kåre and Kristin expressed that we must promote multiculturalism and internationalism, tolerance and integration within the Norwegian districts.

The main event was an anniversary celebration with 175 participants from business and community leaders, former winners and general public. Among the program was a greeting from Anita Krohn Traaseth (InnovationNorway), a sofa dialogue with Maalfrid Brath (Manpower), Tove Selnes (Opera Software) and Toralv Moe (Oslo municipality), and of course a speech from HRH Crown Prince Haakon. We reflected on the last 10 years and celebrated the new winners of 2014.

The day ended with a focus on youth, with this year's UNG LEDER winner, Pamir Ehsas, as guest of honor. Pamir said in his speech that "it is typical Norwegian to be empathetic and to use this empathy to help others."
