Leadership Foundation  has  a social mission –  to  lead  the  way  to  diversity  for  individuals, companies  and society.

 

Leadership Foundation was built on the need to design innovative solutions to one of society's most pressing social ”challenges” the increasing global diversity.

 

We  are social entrepreneurs  who  design  and  deliver  PROJECTS  that  promote  diversity.  We  have  a  large portfolio with a clear social impact and all of our profits are reinvested into Leadership Foundation AS. All profits are reinvested in out project portfolio and we do not take out any dividends.

 

Leadership Foundation also consultants who delives CONSULTING services to the  public  and private sectors,  volunteer  organizations  and  NGO ́s  to  increase  the  strategic  focus  on  diveristy. These  activities  are organized under Leadership Foundation Diversity Consulting AS.
