Leadership Foundation actively works towards their goal by developing projects which promote diversity in the Norwegian society whilst taking public interests and social responsibilty in to account. 

The newest example of this is NorSomBro- a Norwegian-Somali "bridge construction" project with a goal to bridge the gap between Somali and Norwegians and imporve the environment of Somali youth in Oslo. Youth is chosen as they are an important part of the future trends in the Norwegian-Somali environment, and together with Leadership Foundation they focus on creating a positive milieu with positive rolemodels.
