For this year's Summit, we incorporated a fashion show to create a greater cultural and artistic print on the summit. Ayaan & Idyl Mohalim are the founders and creative minds behind the brand Mataano. 

 

They came to the Nordic Somali Youth Summit in Stockholm in 2013 as speakers and workshop facilitators. After the success of the last summit, they decided to have a fashion show in this year’s edition in Denmark 2014. The goals of the fashion show was to promote role models with Somali background, promote Somali designers and contribute to the artistic expression of the Summit.
